Viquar has a passion for living life to the fullest and bringing that energy to every encounter. Licensed in Real Estate since he was 18 years old, Viquar joined Nest Seekers International; a global real estate firm with a strong NYC Influence. Nest Seekers International is the associated company with Ryan Serhant, star of Million Dollar Listings- New York. Viquar represents the New Jersey Division, & has worked on numerous projects with The Serhant Team- NJ (Check Portfolio), while also acquiring J.P Morgan/Chase, Bank of America & other entities as sponsors. Eager to learn property development; he trained with the Founder/CEO of GSD LLC, a company with multi-billion dollar projects along the Gold Coast. Here Viquar learned valuable development skills and built relationships with a variety of power-players in NJ/NYC Real Estate, (notably Thornton Tomasetti & Tutor Perini) His passion for learning pushed him to undertake a rigorous formal education in Finance & Real Estate from the School Of Business & NYU. The academic discipline combined with his ability to build and work with a team allowed him to make smart financial investments in his earlier teen years, enabling him to pursue his Real Estate Career & Capital Investments. He stays connected to Financial Markets by continuing his relationship with Goldman Sachs. Viquar stays true to his belief in expansion through reputation while preserving honesty and integrity.
